Turkey's President Is an Autocrat
He began talking about how the Western political governance theory was basically chaotic and that they need stronger leadership. He took over all of the existing institutions in Turkey and personally controlled what they would be doing. And as a result, he covered up a huge corruption charge against him in 2013. In essence, he's become a true autocrat.
