The Importance of Being a Good Contributor

There's so many seal books out there, not all of them are hitting anymore. You have to have something with value that's going to make people really gravitate towards it and consume it. Even when I got two teams, I was kind of just staying in the middle, try to stay the, be the invisible man. But even then I felt like I had something to prove. And so working hard mattered...I worked really hard and tried to, tried to excel at everything he did.
