Immigration
Reza May said anyone who arrives in the UK illegally will be barred from applying for asylum. But how can you arrive anything other than illegally if you want to claim asylum? It is taking two to three years, in many cases, for people to have their asylum claims heard. In that time, they're not allowed to work and are paid a subsistence. The backlog has grown massively - it's gone up by four or five times since 2018. If you hate immigration funnily enough, then the better thing to do would be to spend more money on the process dealing with it.
