Leadership all over, whether it's teachers or in any kind of working environment, and often struggle to admit that they don't have all the answers. I think excessive punishment can definitely just shut a person down. Understanding that you ought to take responsibility for what you've done is important. We're moving away from it to the point where sometimes I hear like, we need it.
