I think he's a testament to the importance of a political satire as as a gene, and its continuing survival and vitality. A i think it's also signify of how we perhaps laugh at ourselves. O the english have a good sense of humour. We like gently am laughing at ourselves and indeed other nations. And perhaps some less pleasant characteristics are also enduring, ar angry at high taxes, hostility to foreigners, a feeling of being put upon and so on.
