Mon Mothma and the Empire Senate

Mon Mothma's only characterization ever based on that tiny scene in Return of the Jedi was, Oh, she is a stoic leader. And then in Rogue One, she is again a stoicLeader who delivers exposition and like gives people their missions. So it is interesting to suddenly see her as a real character who has real concerns ... She also invites Sly Moore over for dinner party despite having zero lines but appears in Revenge of the Sith.
