How to Be Friendly on Stack Overflow

Stacoflo users are writing answers to questions and trying to help a a people, both nubies and experts on stack overflow. It is very hard to speak up in a room when you're a newcomer, especially if you don't look like the other people in the room. People kind of have to make an effort to reach out and actually be actively friendly,. And that's something that i want to see a lot more of on stack overflows, active friendliness.
