The Importance of Sleep Hygiene
I think sleep is a, you know, it's at all time low levels. Partly lifestyle partly that when people are doing the wrong things to fix it. I'd say to people look, if you can go to bed at midnight and get up at six thirty and it's solid sleep. That's much better for you than having eight hours of broken sleep. We don't need to have all those crutches in place to sleep well. Instead, make sure that you're tired enough so your drive is high. And work on the psychological side of things so that you're not lying in bed stressed. It's like kickstarting it or something or like it's very clever.
