Marie Armanenko and her British partner Jez moved to Manchester in February. The pair say they were shocked by the news of Ukraine's civil war. They decided to leave their home country before it was too late. Marie: "It took us six hours just to get from the wieve to the border" 'I think Jez maybe can tell a bit more about what happened there,' she adds.
