The Fine Line Between Fishing and Guide Industry
There's been a lot of findings that have come out in Montana recently about declining brown trout populations. And I think it's going to take a couple of years to figure out what all, you know, what's causing it. What drives me nuts is there certain shops,. that almost throw in the face, like they'll throw in the gripping grins of 18 inch or the 17inch trout because most people won't want to fish there. Those are the, those are the people's fish, right? It's not that individual guides fish. There's an issue with that right now, especially out here in Montana and I don't like it.
