I just recently like my face was served me a memory of the goals that I had written in 2012. The whole idea of really like knowing what your goals was was new. My friend Stephen Lowe who wrote overcoming gravity, like introduced really the idea of smart goals. So I wrote out this set of goals and, uh, so my goals were something like run a 40 yard dash and 4.6 seconds. 36 inch vertical lead, uh, straddle plange. Oh, shoot. There's a one arm handstand,. Or two hours a day of rock climbing, right? Super cumin, right? You're in a clown. Right.
