Is There a Great Green Fist?

I think that the idea of a great green fist is quite tempting if we don't think it's possible to get through big climate legislation at the moment. But I guess this comes back to the problem of charismatic leadership, that you can never quite guarantee whether they'll use it in the right way. To find someone who is really charismatic to do this, you'll be finding someone who isn't actually up for the job. The alternative is some kind of philosopher king, Plato's imaginary. And if you had that, it's a great green face. So not a charismatic person, but some kind of genius, wise, platonic philosopher type. In theory could work. If everything else fails
