The Key to Meditation Is Non Meditation

The key to meditation is actually non meditation. Let go of the concept that you have about meditation and learn to just meditate, which is, learn to just be with what is. Learn to a clear that muddy water by leaving it alone, by not trying, by just being. So next time, yo practise your meditation. Don't have any expectations about what it is, what it's supposed to do. Just practise sitting there and being with what is, whatever, whatever it turns out to be.
