I think the vast majority of it is we've already covered its consistent training over a long period of time and then you know a focused period of specific training to the event. But i think obviously there's some important kind of fueling adaptions there times but on your TT by just the muscular endurance and kind of biomechanical ability to hold that position and be comfortable moving for that period of time I think they're the specific so i think the training that is covered off as boring as that is. And yeah i mean we haven't i guess talked about recovery at all and i i think recovery is massively the majority is good quality with a decent length of sleep every nightSo again nothing special but
