The next tool is called becoming a person like that. I think a large part of strength building when you feel clingy or unworthy can come from starting to just grow yourself and really getting energy into feelings of worthiness. And starts by just witnessing change in your own life, witnessing yourself changing in this very simple way. So for example, if you are a person who doesn't have nice things, buy some nice things for yourself. If you're not the person who has XYZ or does XYZ to become a person who does is simple. It can happen with a few very small steps.
