Fox News is being sued by a company called Dominion Voting Systems for a lie it told in the days after the 2020 election that implicated Dominion's business. Fox has previewed its legal argument and suggested they're going to say, no, no, we weren't ourselves making that lie. The United States sets a very high standard dating back to the Supreme Court case in the 60s for suing a news agency for defamation.
