Is Whip Cream Legal in New York State?

It is now illegal for people under the age of 21 to buy a can of whipped cream in new york state. The supporters of this nonsensical legislation say that the nitrous oxide and whip cream chargers could get teans high. I've literally talked to probably 20 kids that are between high school age and college age, not one mention they ever heard of such things. This just shows you the absolute absurdity we live in now. It is never enough to let their citizens live and let live.
