Solidarity - The Polish Free Trades Union

The last few weeks since russia invaded ukraine have been a dark and dangerous reminder that this was not the end of history. The presenter has something he wants to add about something we left out of this episode. We encountered an polish guy who grew up not knowing that there had been this huge jewish community in his town, and knowing nothing about the fact that forty thousand jews from lublin were killed. He's devoted himself to trying to establish the identity of any one he can who came from that community and who was killed. It was incredibly moving. And he's got a beautiful little museum and archive there in the centre of town, which i defy any one to go
