The Importance of Common Sensitivity

The best sleep ever literally starts in the morning. If you can get out there for a couple of minutes, five to 10 minutes, let the sunlight hit your eyes while you're out there. Just go for a simple little walk. Don't take your cell phone, right? Leave that at home for five or 10 minutes. It'll still be there when you get back, I promise. And just take a couple of deep breaths, get out in nature, move your body, take a moment and have a little bit of a reflection or gratitude, whatever you want to call that meditation.
