The End of the Excess Era in Tech

The Federal Reserve has made it really clear that they want everything to chill out. Big tech has been the absolute party boat of the economy and now it's coming back to the shore. One could argue that tech has always existed above the threshold of what is real. Over the next few years, we could evolve from focusing on bits to refocusing on atoms - which I think would be really good.
