How do you identify the motivational needs of each person that you lead? How do you connect that motivation to their job role? And how do you keep that motivation stoked over a long and consistent time horizon? These are the really important questions central to ever becoming a person of influence and consequence. I can tell you first hand, this is a skill that i had to develop myself. If not for the combined production of many incredible and individually motivated people, there is no way that i'd enjoy the life and life style that i have today.
