Older women think if they eat two eggs for breakfast, they have just consumed gobs of protin food. And i would say, you've probably eaten half as much protein as you need to eat for that meal. So four eggs, rather than two eggs, it's probably going to be a better way to start your day. I do think we have problem focusing on protein intage because it isn't as tasty. There's just a mind set that americans eat too much protein and and all the other baggage that comes with that.
