How Did You Become Head of Product at a Coin Base?
When i started at conbas there were a few prodict people there, and they were great, but every one worked o straight for brian at the time. E tim, i didn't know anything about them. And so one of the very first things i did when i joined was to figure out how can we make each of these products that you own scale on its own? The 700 people doesn't necessarily offer a lot of direct kind of career development for people who are in product between there.
