Test Deploy Everything, or Can We Develop in a Different Way?

In the cloud word, somehow testing, or in general engineering practice, as change is there, we have an impact. I think it has to be different in order to take advantage of the cloud. At one point for deaf obs, i feel like every engineer was supposed to be a deaf obs engineer. And and then we had like the fool stak, so you're not a front then or back and you're fool stack,.
