The Mind Controls the Behavior of a Person

People are minds, though not brains. Because the mind could be running on different kinds of brains. Their minds explain things. And this capacity to explain in a human being is universal. If we could stimulate the action of the brain perfectly, then it would generate a mind. i would go further, by the way, and say it would rate a conscious mind. I think these things are the same, but that's another story.
