Relaxing the Whole Body All the Time

We need to learn to change our moment-to-moment experience, be present and observing facts. Relaxing is a key element here. When we have a lot of desires, we're always stressed, we can't relax. All because we are not transforming it. That's a choice. We shift our attitude. We change the things we can change in our environment. Maybe there's something we can do to improve our home. Maybe we can cut out some things that we don't need to be doing. Be fully present. No need to think about tomorrow or yesterday. This relaxation is to relax the whole body all the time, anytime you can remember it.
