How I Ascended in My Career as a UX Designer

I started in a big big corporation called ING Bank. So banking industry I was not doing UX design for the most of my years spent in ING. As soon as I transitioned into UX design, I started to contemplate my options. It felt weird because I kind of felt that okay now I'm a designer probably next time then I'm just senior designer and that's it what's next. And I felt that if I wanted to continue to advance in my career then I have to be a manager Because that's the only way that you can move forward.
