The Common Mistake That Leads to Injury
The number one mistake i see is that people will show up late to class which is fine like you got your own life to live but then they don't fucking accept the game. I feel like that's how a lot of people will get injured is just not being warm thinking they need to jump in and go for it when they need to dial it down check their ego. Just start training like normal get a warm-up round in or something warm your own body up and then train as you would but don't just jump into it because that's tough.
