Do You Hire Culture or Develop Culture?
As the team grows, you add more people to this and there comes a point where everyone does not know each other well. So necessarily it will change as the team grows. But i think this is kind of a pivotal moment for cementing a lot of those fundamental cultural values. As we grow, we have those set of assumptions at work with a much larger team. And i think that's relly the cores of it, an that makes us not always the question is, do you hire culture, or doyou develop culture?
