Severean's Approach to Suffering

In previous scenes, we've seen Severean be totally callous to people. He has no compunctions about breaking people's arms when ordered and just walking away. So this is a pretty interesting encounter, not because of the encounter itself. We don't get a lot from that other than Severean heals a guy and finds out which way he needs to go for his next objective.
