The Importance of Diverse Thinking in a Company

A lot of it comes down to really understanding why diversity is important. At Netflix, we have unconscious bias training for our whole team. We create an inclusive environment where they want to stay and recommend their friends. I think that just through education, we're continuing to get better, but it's not like flipping a light switch.
