How to Scale a Startup - The First Time in Five Years?

This is the first time i raised institutional money in five years. The reason i waited five years to do it, and we're raising in o ten million dollars. It's other peopl a mention money. Yeit's a lot of responsibility. I don't want to be an agency like venermedia or publices group. So that's unscalable. That's profitable, but unscalable. And for that, i realize it's very expensive to build.
