How to Work Out in the Morning

Don't eat, don't have a protein shake before you go work out because you're going to break your fast. Try to work out in the morning, my first book called, and it's in the morning. The best time to work out guys is when you're not eating too. When you're fasting, you'll burn more fat. She drinks like 16 ounces of water, mineral water. Then she has her coffee, usually black, she'll have a black as well. And so she'll have that throwing some macadamia nuts, blend it all up. It's like a million dollars smoothie. So delicious.
