Is a 20 Mile an Hour Limit Disproportionate?

The principle of controlling for speed is long established. All we're discussing here is a question of proportion, and whether a 20 mile an hour limit is disproportionate. We already have speed limits of 30 miles an hour on on mo street. So if it's a change that our consultations suggest is supported, that does reduce collisions, as far as we can tell, then i think it is a proportionate response.
