The Importance of Reading Forward Looking Data
In 2013 and 2014, a purchase application data adjusting to population at an all time low. And then what I noticed is that people didn't care. They call it saying, Oh, the index is low. Then you know, the data started getting better and they simply didn't care in 2018. The funny part is 2018 was supposed to be the big housing crash. And we hardly had any negative purchase application data. So I just don't think people are looking or reading, right? Why I say reading is a good thing, right? I just don’t think people read housing data or correctly housing data. It's just that I think some people got lazy and just held on
