A lot of people I think are discouraged like, Oh, maybe I can't get a home loan right now. That actually is a good thing. If you're not able to qualify for something right now, that is the bank protecting you and knowing that you might not be able to make those monthly payments. So instead of being discouraged about it, be happy that, you know, that will protect us from staying out of that red zone again.
