Using Logic to Solve Problems

The wisdom of being apparent comes from framing the problem. I hope we all remember that. The same thing applies to assumptions around customer workflows. Everybody has reasons for doing this things certain way, and is not all driven by the most optimal logic. Sometimes is meso memory, sometimes is industry pliance, sometimes is organizational complexities. If not all, of it has to be logical.
