I think one of the biggest predictors in this day and ages of mental health issues is feeling isolated. I'm interested for people listening to this on, well, how can I get to a place where I would feel able to be vulnerable or to make myself so candid in it? And I'm interested in that phrase that you said about I was abandoned multiple times. But you could almost be describing yourself there. Yeah. Coming from nothing, creating something from nothing, you know, this idea of being an important part of somebody's life describing. It's fascinating.
