Strength Training for Triathletes

If you're consulting with a triathlete, but we're focusing on the bike bike and the run here for five exercises that they should have in their repertoire, which ones would you choose? Yeah. One leg squats, like lunges or something, preferably actually in, in a Smith machine. And then maybe, maybe like your toe races. Maybe you should do some, some explosive jumps and imitating that the running pattern with one foot at a time. So that could be like four, four exercises. Sounds good.
