PKD was influenced by Zoroastrianism. Ahura Mazda is a finite, super conscious creative being operating on a cosmic scale. And what our amazda is for Zarathustra, not anything like an infinite omnipotent omniscient God. Our amazda in joins man to choose to side with his creative enterprise, rather than with a hariman which is the force of constriction and constraint.
