Vampire survivors is a game, e that's three dollars on steam and has been taking the world by storm for the past month. The joy of it comes from kind of a loop - imagine hundreds of hours of playing giablo compressed into half an hour. You don't press a button to activate your weapons. They just fire off at regular intervals. And you have little variations, like you have, ah, things that give you bonuss, bigger monsters. If you kill them, they get a chest that gives you one added a item without you having to level up stuff like that. Sound's a bit like geometry wars. There's a little bit of that, i guess.
