The Benefits of Sitting All Day

In a new study, researchers found that standing for 12 hours had no benefit over sitting. It was the same as sitting in terms of metabolic responses. The prime reason you should stand is either allowing you to stay awake better or you have back issues that are activated by sitting. You've got to be moving around.
