The Peers of the French Nobility

In april of 18 26, the peers took their first stab at open defiance. Most of them had been high ranking army officers. And while maybe not the most liberal guys around, they certainly had an aspride. Corps built around respect for talent and some fundamental grounding in revolutionary principles that were a sham by end of napoleon's reign.
