Do You Have Core KPIs That Drive Contribution Profit?
I want to get into the nitty gritty just a tiny little bit. So everybody typically has a couple stats that they look at every day. I'm kind of wondering, and maybe you guys don't really do this, but at the store level, what is that like one or those two metrics that help guide you on a store level? Do you have those or is it just all rolled up always? Yeah, it's an interesting distinction between like the rolled up and the per store. But by and large, the core KPIs remain like driving contribution profit.
