You Are Not What You Think You Are

We have this amazing ability to observe ourselves, to step back and observe ourselves. And at the same time, it's like, you know, oka to forget myself. The whole key is, what is your mind on? What are you holding mind? Because as human beings, we manifest that. So for me to become clean,. I had to behave my way out of proper think, behave my way in a proper think. Then i forgot myself by not doing what i would normally do  and then let my catch, my thinking catch up with me. You understand what i'm saying, because who i think i am is not who i am.
