Sisypus fate was chosen as a punishment because it sucks in a certain interesting way. We can trick ourselves into thinking that our tasks ar, you know, have some sort of ultimate purpose. And we don't do that. So the key to conquering this is for sisiphus to find,. and this would be true of all of us, like to find purpose even in the most mundane tasks.
