How to Discipline Yourself at Work

The real secret is that the other person has to treat your work time as seriously as you do. The only reason I like we were literally recording pot, like this is during the pandemic, we were recording podcasts while I had a two and a half, three year old, seven feet away from me. And it was only because my wife took it seriously that her job for that hour was to make sure he was playing with something distracted with something quiet upstairs or outside.
