The Importance of Screenplays

This is a guy who just wants to get out his lean about something like he's not making a real point here. He was making this at a time when screenplays were oh i can't tell you how much i really disliked the movie mank did you see the movie Mank no i would have thought that would be a thing you would love it's about film history. It was about herman van kuitz who wrote his three hundred page draft of citizen cane which was had nothing to do with the final movie and then orson wells came in and he took this three hundred page screenplay and he made his 95-minute movie out of it.
