The Worst Option for Pregnancy

Eat no fish and no DHA supplement during pregnancy is the worst option. The baby does need DHA for example its brain's development but maybe I have so much in storage in my body that this is okay. Eating some fish every week will get some EPA through the fish that will to some degree block the arachidonic acid. But on the plus side I will also get a broader diet with sources of DHA and different micronutrients.
