Some countries like finland and poland have been cut off by gasprom as a result of refusing to pay in roubles. The russians are demanding that people payin roubles through gasprom bank. There is absolutely no guarantee that in the seventh, eighth, 13, 15, a sanction package there wouldn't be a seizure on funds. So you would say, yes, there is some legitimate concern on the russian side that they want to limit their exposure to the currencies that suddenly become toxic.
